New Jersey Oyster Festival

Save the date for our New Jersey Oyster Festival!October 26, 2024, 12 – 5 pm

Get your tickets. $50  includes a sampling of all the oysters available and a souvenir glass. Oysters will not be sold individually. We estimate everyone will enjoy a sampling of about 2 dozen oysters.

Food trucks will be available as well as offerings from The Oyster Cracker Café, AJ’s Pub, and Missions Spirits for additional purchase.

Speakers Series will be held in the tent.

For our speaker series, we are excited to have Gary McCready, oyster enthusiast and educator of the highest order. He was recently featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer. The Education Speaker Series will also include a State of the Oyster Industry by Barney Hollinger, Melissa Harabedian will present on her career in the oyster industry and share a few of her favorite way to prepare oysters, and Sam Ratcliff will present on the Rutgers Shellfish Breeding Program.
