A CELEBRATION OF NEW JERSEY OYSTERS
The 2026 New Jersey Oyster Festival brings together the flavors, music, and maritime traditions of the Delaware Bay for an afternoon on the historic waterfront at Bayshore Center at Bivalve.
Enjoy freshly shucked oysters from local New Jersey purveyors alongside live music from Nathan Cwik and GoodMan Fiske. Spend the afternoon enjoying food and drinks, the oyster shucking competition, our speaker series, raffle baskets, and more.
Your ticket includes a sampling of freshly shucked local oysters and a commemorative drinking glass, with additional food and beverages available for purchase throughout the festival.
