DESCRIPTION:Join us May 9\, 2025 for our 2nd Friday\, 5 – 8 pm!\nGreat food from the Oyster Cracker Café including fried oysters\, delicious\, fresh\, oysters on the half shell\, local beers from Glasstown Brewing Co at AJ’s Pub\, free\, self guided tours of the Delaware Bay Museum\, an interesting speaker and live music. Check out the Meerwald Mercantile while you are here. All proceeds go to support the Bayshore Center at Bivalve\, home of AJ Meerwald and the Delaware Bay Museum.\nMusician for the evening\, Randy Harry. Join us on the docks!\n \n\nSpeaker begins at 6:30. Heidi Yeh\, Ph.D. Policy Manager\, Pinelands Preservation Alliance\n \nDr. Yeh Rutgers completed her dissertation in the Department of Marine & Coastal Sciences at Rutgers University. Although a scientist by training\, she has kept a foot in policy work through internships with the U.S. EPA\, the NJ Legislature\, the Rutgers Office of Federal Relations\, and the Hudson River Foundation. She is passionate about science communication and getting more scientists involved in policy.\n  \n
