Hook or Land food truck will be here featuring farm to table foods as well as locally sourced fried oysters. We will be featuring fresh, local oysters on the half shell from Bivalve Packing and local wines and beer from the Glasstown Brewing Company out on our wharves.
3 pm, Steve Stolar will be leading our Oyster Station! Come learn all about oysters, not just from an historical perspective, but also learn the life cycle of an oyster, examine their insides, learn why shell bagging is important and what we can do to have cleaner water in all of New Jersey! Don’t miss this cool and informational activity.
